Below is our recommended order and delivery schedule, designed to align with the academic and gifting calendars to maximize your sales. Our timeline ensures you have our collections in your store well in advance of the key shopping seasons.

Back-to-School / Fall Semester

  • Retailer Buying Window: January - March

  • Order Deadline: March 30th

  • Production & Delivery Window: April 1st - July 15th

  • On-Shelf Date: All products should be in stores and ready for customers by August 1st.

Holiday / Gifting Season

  • Retailer Buying Window: May - July

  • Order Deadline: July 30th

  • Production & Delivery Window: August 1st - October 15th

  • On-Shelf Date: Products should be ready to sell by November 1st.

Graduation / Spring Semester

  • Retailer Buying Window: September - November

  • Order Deadline: November 20th

  • Production & Delivery Window: December 1st - February 20th

  • On-Shelf Date: Products should be on display by March 1st.

Re-orders & Off-Season

  • Re-order Window: Year-round, as needed.

  • Delivery: Typically 60-90 days from the order date, based on availability.
