Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
Yes! We are always looking to partner with retailers who share our passion for collegiate tradition and inspiring the next generation. If you are interested in carrying Alma Mater Daughter dolls in your store or campus bookstore, please contact our wholesale division at contact@almamaterdaughter. Please include your store name, location, and the specific collections you are interested in.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times are dependent on product availability. For in-stock items, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
For pre-order items, we provide an estimated shipping date on the product page. This date is an approximation of when the inventory is expected to arrive and your order will be shipped. If your order contains multiple items, they will ship together once all items are in stock.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our offerings. We want you to be completely delighted with your selection. If you find that an exchange is needed, we gladly offer them within 30 days of delivery.
For an exchange to be processed, the item must be returned in its original condition – unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
